OnMapp Terms and Conditions

Terms of Use

OnMapp, like any Internet Service Provider, is a distributor (and not a publisher) of content supplied by third parties and end users. Accordingly, OnMapp no ​​editorial control over such content as any public library or bookstore. Any opinions, advice, statement, service, offer, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers, or any other information from end users (customers) were the respective author or distributor, not OnMapp. OnMapp works based on membership. Each client (BUSINESS PACKAGE) for its presence in 30 days paid application fee of 17.99 EUR, including VAT, for every additional thirty days in advance. The first thirty days are FREE membership (free trial). For each subsequent 30 days period the customer will receive a proper invoice. Each client (PRO) for its presence in 30 days paid application fee of 34.99 EUR including VAT for every additional thirty days in advance. Each client (ENTERPRISE) for its presence in 30 days paid application fee of 44.99 EUR including VAT for every additional thirty days in advance. The first thirty days are FREE membership (free trial). For each subsequent 30 days period the client will receive a proper invoice. Clients information about their services, offers, discounts set themselves in the system through their administrator account. Access to the administrator account comes immediately after the online registration of the client. The client has a right to offer promotion (discount) at one time in one location. The duration of the offer should not be less than 24 hours. Any new information, offers, discounts set by the client will be approved and placed on the application within 24 hours of its creation. OnMapp reserves the right to change the photography seted by the client, in order to better presentation. OnMapp reserves the right not to publish offers that contain pornographic content, promotion of drugs, gambling, insults, defamatory, obscene vocabulary, personal disqualifications, national, racial and religious hatred, as well as any illegal content.

Copyright policy

OnMapp reserves the right to terminate the contract with any end user who repeatedly infringes the copyright of third parties upon prior reasonable notice to OnMapp by the copyright owner or legal agent of the copyright owner. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that copyrighted material was copied or published in this application in a way that violates the rights of ownership, should notify OnMapp, by sending the following information: a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to acting on behalf of the copyright owner; (B) the identification and location of the medium containing the protected content that you trvdite it is misused; (C) a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; (D) your name and contact information such as phone number or e-mail address and (E) a statement by you that the above information you provided in your comment is accurate and correct, and claim that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Disclaimer of Warranty

END USER AGREES THAT USE OF THIS APPLICATION IS UNDER HIS RESPONSIBILITY. NEITHER ONMAPP, ITS AFFILIATES NOR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, VENDORS, SUPPLIERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS OR ANY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, WARRANT THAT USE OF THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE VIRUSES OR ERROR FREE; NOR WARRANT FOR (A) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THIS APPLICATION, OR (B) THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR COMPLEMENTS OF (1) CONTENT OF THE APP, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE CLIENT'S PROMOTIONS, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS OFFERED; (2) DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTIONS BY CLIENT, PRODUCTS OR OTHER PROGRAMS; OR (3) ANY USER CONTENT DISTRIBUTED THROUGH APPLICATION. THIS APP AND ALL ITS CONTENT, USER INFORMATION, INFORMATION FOR PROMOTIONS AND CLIENTS ARE AVAILABLE ON AN "AS IS" AND "WHEN AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONMAPP DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND CONDITIONS EXPRESS OR IMPOSED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE WHICH ARE THE SUBJECT OF OFFENCES, MERCHANTABILITY OR ADJUSTED FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT ONMAPP, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, AGENTS OR VENDORS, SUPPLIERS AND PROVIDER OF CONTENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO (A ) YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, CONTENT, USER CONTENT AND OTHER INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE APPLICATION, (B) YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION (C) CHANGE OR REMOVAL OF CONTENTS POSITIONED IN THE APPLICATION, (D) VENDOR'S PROMOTIONS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR OTHER PROGRAMS OFFERED BY THE APPLICATION OR THESE TERMS OF USE.

Electronic Communication

Sending electronic (e-mail) messages to OnMapp, you interact with us electronically and agree to receive emails from us in connection with your use of the application. We will communicate with you via email or by placing notifications or comments. You agree that all agreements, notes or other communications that you conveyed electronically satisfy legal requirements and laws as have been introduced in writing and can serve as credible evidence. Notifications of us will be deemed duly delivered on the day of the sent e-mail from us, your account e-mail address or you have provided us through another form of communication.

Under no circumstances OnMapp shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by end user his reliance on information obtained through OnMapp. Responsibility of the end user to evaluate the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information, opinion, advice or other content available through OnMapp.

OnMapp may contain links to websites of third parties that are held by other content providers. These links are available only as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement of the content of these third parties and OnMapp expressly disclaims liability regarding the content and accuracy of materials on such websites of third parties. If the end user decides to access a Web site through a link, it makes your own risk. OnMapp unless you explicitly allowed to do so, do not place external links on OnMapp leading to other countries. OnMapp reserves the right to revoke its consent to any link at any time without notifying you.

Compensation for Damage

ou agree to defend and protect OnMapp and its employees, directors, agents of all charges and expenses, including attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to: (a) any voucher / offer which you published the application ( b) any content uploaded by you, related to the application or any use of the application who violates these Terms of use, (c) fraud that you took yourself or (d) violation of any laws or foreign laws or rights third parties.
Only you are responsible for interaction with customers or other users of the application. To the extent that applicable law allows, You agree to indemnify OnMapp from any accusations that are related to or derived from published vouchers / offers by you for services or products, any activity of the Buyer, including but not limited of any damage that you might be made by the Buyer.
You agree to indemnify and will not consider responsible company Bominet Ltd, responsible persons, employees and agents for any and all claims for damages and costs, including costs of legal representation, which may arise from the use of this application by end user.
